Respect Project Charity Walk

23 April 2024

On Sunday 21 April, a group of Lower Sixth (Year 12) students from Downe House and Radley College walked 8.5 miles of the Ridgeway Trail from West Isley to Streatley. This walk was the first charity fundraiser organised by the Sixth Form leaders of the Respect Project which involves students from both Downe House and Radley working together on a range of different activities.

The Charlie Waller Trust encourages young people to talk about mental health with confidence and gives them the skills to look after their mental health.

“It was a beautiful, sunny day and we enjoyed spectacular views over the rolling countryside. Many thanks to the students, staff and parents who sponsored this event, which raised £230 for The Charlie Waller Trust.”
