With a charm and character all of its own, Downe House is set on a stunning 110-acre estate in Berkshire, overlooking woodland and the historic Berkshire Downs. The girls regularly visit Newbury for shopping, restaurant and cinema trips as well as to participate in local sports clubs.
Girls also enjoy the close proximity to other schools for match fixtures and enrichment events, as well as the ability to host and attend socials with local prep schools and independent schools such as Eton, Radley, Bradfield College and Harrow.
The M4 motorway is two miles away (Junction 13) providing easy access to Heathrow (45 miles), central London (60 miles), and other parts of the country.
