We acknowledge that this Registration Form does not constitute an offer of a place at Downe House. I/We understand that the standard Terms and Conditions of the School will undergo reasonable changes from time to time as circumstances require and will apply in all our dealings with Downe House. I/We give consent to Downe House processing personal data for the purpose of administrating its list of prospective pupils and for the purposes of assessment, including seeking references from our daughter’s previous educational establishment, requesting sensitive information such as medical details, and confirming that all fees have been paid. I/We will immediately inform Downe House if any details provided in this Registration Form change. Failure to give correct information will constitute a material breach of any agreement(s) entered into between Downe House and you in relation to the education of the applicant pupil entitling Downe House to terminate all and any such agreement(s) without obligation to return any deposit or fees paid.
