Welcome to our Founder’s Concert 2025!

With nearly 200 musicians participating in our seven instrumental and vocal ensembles, tonight’s concert promises to be a truly wonderful celebration of music at Downe House.

This concert wouldn’t be possible without a huge amount of work behind the scenes. I would like to thank the whole Music team, including our fantastic Visiting Music Teachers, for all of the guidance and encouragement they have given to our musicians in their preparations.

Our thanks also to the Audio-Visual, Estates, Marketing, Resources and Operations teams at Downe House for their incredible support for this event.

Our final thanks go to our wonderful musicians for their amazing commitment, hard work and valued contribution to music at Downe House. I hope that they enjoy performing just as much as you enjoy listening to them play.
