Chloe – Collagerie Internship, March 2026

During my time at Collagerie, I had lots of one-to-one conversations with different members of the team, which I found really interesting as it gave me a better understanding of their individual roles and how the business works as a whole. I also spent time looking at Collagerie’s Pinterest, where they organise their fashion collections, which was a great way to see how much thought goes into the visual side of the brand.

My favourite part of the internship was being able to experience what a real workplace is like. It was really interesting to see what goes on behind the scenes of the website and how everything comes together. I especially enjoyed sitting in on meetings and having conversations with people across the company, as it gave me a much clearer idea of the different roles within the business.

One of the main things I took away from the experience was how many different areas there are within the fashion industry that I hadn’t really considered before. It also helped me step out of my comfort zone, particularly when meeting new people, and I feel like it really built my confidence.

I really valued my time at Collagerie, it was such an amazing experience, and I am very grateful for the opportunity. Being able to observe meetings, contribute to some of the work, and have conversations with different people across the company gave me valuable insight into areas of the fashion industry that I hadn’t heard of before. This internship has given me such useful advice and I really appreciate the opportunity I was given.
