On Saturday 20 January, we headed to Newbury Showground for the Berkshire Schools Cross Country Competition. We were represented by our U13, U15, U17 and U19 cross country teams. We are proud to say that we have both team and individual successes to report!
The U13A, U15 and U17 teams all placed 3rd in Berkshire. Individually, 7 girls placed in the top 20 of their respective age categories. Very well done to Daisy (Remove), Amelie (Upper Fourth), Mia (Upper Fourth), India (Upper Fifth), Daisy (Upper Fifth), Lauren (Lower Sixth) and Louise (Upper Sixth).
Particular congratulations go to Amelie and Louise who both qualified to represent Berkshire at the South East Schools Cross Country Competition. We’ll keep our fingers crossed for them both as they compete to represent Berkshire at the National Schools Cross Country competition in March.
