In April 2026, over 50 staff and Sixth Form pupils will take part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise funds for Tommy’s charity. Tommy’s supports families affected by baby loss and premature birth, and funds medical research into the causes.

Our school community has already made an incredible start towards our £16,450 fundraising target. Pupils and staff have sold DH beanies around school, held a bake sale, and organised other creative fundraising activities — all contributing to this ambitious goal.

Training for the half marathon begins in January, and participants are excited to challenge themselves while supporting such a meaningful cause. Their efforts demonstrate not only dedication and teamwork but also the compassionate spirit of our school community.
