Scholarship Information

Each year we award scholarships to girls from a variety of backgrounds and with a strong academic, musical, artistic or dramatic potential who we feel would benefit from the overall education offered by Downe House.

The value of our Scholarships

All Academic, Art and Drama Scholarships carry a nominal reduction in school fees of £1,000 per annum and £600 for Exhibitioners.  Music scholars receive free tuition in a maximum of two instruments, which may include the voice, up to a maximum of 30 lessons per year. Exhibitioners receive free tuition in one instrument, up to a maximum of 30 lessons per year.
