Mrs Caiger-Smith and ten of the Lower School Academic Award holders were treated to an underwater treasure trove of coral and colour on Monday evening, 13 May, at Cothill School.

Dr Kendall Williams, a marine biologist and Head of Sciences at St Edward’s, and our good friend Mr Howe-Jones from Cothill, took us to Palmyira Atoll in the middle of the Pacific Ocean for forty five minutes!

Our companions on the trip were enthusiastic Cothill School boys who displayed an alarming keen interest in sharks.
