The History Squad brings Roman history to life!
On Sunday 4 November, Kevin Hicks from the History Squad came to Downe House to teach the Lower Fours about life in the Roman Army, finishing up a Roman-themed weekend which included a classics trip to Fishbourne Roman Palace and a Roman-themed dinner in the dining hall.

Half Term in Nice
After running a successful trip to Nice for the last 3 years, we took another group of L6 girls over the October half term for some linguistic immersion staying with French families, as well as intensive lessons and cultural visits in that beautiful area of France.
